Doors Open Day 2007 saw thousands cross the threshold of 34 interesting and unusual properties. The Tivoli Theatre proved popular once again with over 3,200 visitors. Other favourites were Glover House, the family home of Thomas Glover, who was responsible for establishing the Japanese Navy, and the Harbour Board Roundhouse. A free open-topped bus ferried visitors around some of the venues which ranged from Prison Cells to Churches The event was sponsored by Aberdeen City Heritage Trust.
