Aberdeen City Heritage Trust may be able to offer assistance towards the cost of repairing the external shell of historic buildings that are either listed or fall within a designated conservation area within Aberdeen City.
There are two main types of grant that may be available:
Comprehensive Grants are larger grants and will involve a range of external repair that contribute to an unused or substantially underused building being brought back into use.
Small Grants allow individual items or a small number of items of external repair work to be carried out.
