Eligible areas include parts of the City Centre Conservation Area and the Bon Accord Crown Street Conservation Area, as the Trust supports City Centre regeneration.

The detail of what can be applied for, the levels of grant that can be applied for and the areas covered by grants, can be found in Trust Guidance and by contacting the Trust.  The Trust has added a flow chart to give an example of how to move from recognising the need for repair at a property through to an application to the Trust for grant.
