Maintenance Week is back for 2025!

As the Winter arrives, find out more about looking after our granite heritage

At a time of high fuel prices and construction costs, it has never been more important to ensure that buildings are performing at their very best.  Regular property maintenance can save thousands of pounds in the long run, but it can be challenging sometimes to organise and effect maintenance and repair.

Maintenance Week 2025 offers a range of opportunities to find out more about building maintenance- both online and in-person- and some of the strategies that can be used to deliver routine maintenance.  Whether you have a house, a flat in a tenement or a listed building or are responsible for managing a community hall or place of worship there will be an opportunity to find out more about how to prepare your building for Winter over the week’s events.
